DLC Consulting Inc. was established in June 1999 to provide programming and project management to the world of IBM AS/400 midrange computers. Owned and operated by Larry Charles, we are independant consultants specializing in RPG II, III and IV programming for businesses in Canada and the United States.

We are located in Ponoka, Alberta Canada about 45 minutes south of the Edmonton International Airport(YEG). This affords us the luxury of small town living and easy access to all major centers in North America. The town name (Ponoka pronounced PO-NO-KA) is the local native word for Black Elk who would frequent the Battle River area during the winter and thus the name for the Black Elk Domain.
